• MetaTrader credentials — MT5/MT4 account number, server, and password. These credentials are passed directly to TradeSync for order execution and are not stored on our servers.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment providers (Helio and/or Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, feature usage, signal routing events, and performance metrics.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location (country level).
• Log data — server logs for security monitoring and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authentication — verify your identity and manage account access.
• Service delivery — parse trading signals, route orders to your broker account, and display trade history.
• Communication — send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, subscription confirmations) and, with your consent, product updates.

• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel with multi-factor authentication.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only. These are essential for the operation of the Service (e.g., session management, authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
