Signals routed through MarketSync are provided by independent third-party Telegram groups, not by MarketSync. We want to make the following clear:
- We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any signal provider’s performance, accuracy, or reliability.
- We do not audit, review, or vet signal providers. The inclusion of any provider on our platform does not constitute a recommendation.
- Signal providers may have conflicts of interest. Their past performance should not be considered indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for choosing which signal providers to follow and which signals to execute.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:

- Parse trading signals from Telegram groups and forward order instructions to your MetaTrader account via TradeSync.

Technical Risks

- Connectivity — internet outages or server issues may prevent signals from being routed.
- Parsing errors — signals with non-standard formatting may be misinterpreted or skipped.
- Broker limitations — your broker may reject orders due to margin requirements, trading restrictions, or market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
MarketSync shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of using the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Signals from third-party providers.
- Errors, delays, or failures in order routing or execution.
- Market volatility or adverse price movements.
- Your configuration of risk management settings or choice of signal providers.
