No. MarketSync is 100% cloud-based. There is nothing to install or run on your computer. Signals are copied to your account 24/7, even while you sleep.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

No. MarketSync is an order routing tool only. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or recommendations. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and any risks involved.

When a signal has a range entry (e.g., BUY 5000-4990), MarketSync splits it into multiple orders spread across the range. Each layer gets its own TP target, giving you a better average entry price.

Yes. MarketSync handles the full trade lifecycle: SL moves, risk-free updates, partial closes, full closes, and pending order cancellations. When the signal provider sends an update, your account updates automatically.

MarketSync cancels only pending (unfilled) orders from that signal. Already-filled orders remain open with their original SL and TP levels.

Yes. You can configure copy settings per group independently: different lot sizes, TP levels, and layering settings per group.

Different brokers use different symbol names. MarketSync automatically maps common aliases (GOLD to XAUUSD, NAS to USTEC, etc.) based on your broker's symbol list.

No. Your credentials are passed to your broker over a secure connection at setup time. MarketSync does not store your trading password.

Yes. Every paying subscriber gets a referral link. You earn 10% recurring commission ($4.90/month) for every user you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed.

Signal providers and trading communities can run MarketSync under their own brand. Custom domain, logo, and colors. Plans start from $199/month.
